Maddy Makes Lunch
We have an area right off the kitchen with all the kids' "food toys" at hand. I love that they can be "cooking" where I can watch them. They love all the fun wooden food they have to play with. Maddy and River both make pretend "meals" all the time! They have great imaginations.
Britta's Baby Bjorn
I hate the Baby Bjorn carrier -- it hurts my back as the babies get bigger.
But Britta sure loves it, so I humor her.
I recently got a "Hip Hammock" carrier from a yard sale. She likes that, too.
I wish she'd just let me cuddler her facing in. That's so much easier for me!
Oh well...

Long time no post!
True to the title of the blog... time is, indeed, passing.
We live in Fountain Hills now. Cameron is working for a company in North Scottsdale called Actual Metrics doing web analytics things. He's blowing them out of the water with his quick pick up of these new skills. It's been fun.
The kids are growing so quickly! Madalyn is now a spunky 5 year old. She's amazing me with how much she knows and with how much more she learns every day. River is 2 years old and is my angel. He does his share of destruction though. For example Saturday morning he took my sewing scissors to my measuring tape. Good thing I have a back up! Baby Britta was 4 months old on the 11th. She's yet to sleep through the night, and it's only getting worse with this new stage of teething. As much as they challenge me, I'm hanging in there!
My online business, www.cloththoughts.com is keeping me far busier than I ever wanted to be. I've been limiting the amount of orders I'm willing to take, and just trying to tread water at the moment. We'll see what direction I take things as soon as life slows down a bit -- if it ever does.
Hopefully I will take more time to update in the following weeks and months!
